Clear and honest communication with tenants is essential for smooth project operations and  timely rent collection, as the documentation of revenue streams, expenses and capital improvement is vital to the continued success of any project. 

Property Management 

Tenant acquisition and retention is the most fundamental aspect of property management, the Company places special emphasis and has an in-house team to handle all aspects of tenant leasing including advertising and touring the property with the goal of  timely filling current and prospective vacancies, verifying references and credit worthiness on all prospective tenants, drafting lease documents, licenses , tenant improvement to facilitate the leasing process in order to maintain high occupancy.
